What is Kundalini Yoga?

Kundalini means coiled-up, referring to a dormant primal force which is the source of ALL energies in us. By activating this energy it begins to open up and move through the chakras so that each one is balanced and in harmony with one another. Through practice of Kundalini Yoga, you are able to gracefully access this inner power of your higher potential and be vital and ultimately bringing you to TOTAL AWARENESS of yourself and of the Inifinite, which are one in the same.

How does it work?

Kundalini Yoga tonifies your nervous system. We have 72,000 nerves in the body and every single nerve is affected by the breath, mantras, and holding a posture for a particular amount of time.. By strengthening your nervous system your body runs at its' fullest potential. The physical affects the mental, which affects the Spiritual. It's that simple!
