Pilates will help your body develop core control, strength, flexibility, alignment, coordination and balance.

In Pilates-based technique, you exercise in a very precise and focused way. At Peaceful Waves Healing Center, the initial emphasis of exercise is on the quality of the movement where the body moves in harmony. Pilates exercises challenge muscles that may be weak from lack of use and therefore difficult to locate. By moving with a gentle, rhytmic flow, you can connect into the weaker muscles. Standard Private Training Rate: $85 hour. Rates may vary by trainer.
